(obit) Bernard C. "Bernie"Wollmeringer, of Framingham, having turned 80 on June 1, 2012, died peacefully June 22, 2012 at home with his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Marion (Dean) Wollmeringer, by his side.
Devoted father of Peter Wollmeringer & his wife Lynda of New Canaan, CT and Robert Wollmeringer & his wife Elizabeth of Conway, AR. Cherished grandfather of Britney, Joseph and Clara.
A long career in Industrial Design and Human Factors Engineering at RCA and Raytheon earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
We are grateful for the loving care of the MetroWest Hospice that gave him comfort in the last months of his life.
Funeral services will be Tuesday June 26 at 12:00 Noon at Temple Beth Am, 300 Pleasant St., Framingham. Interment to follow at Beit Olam East Cemetery.
Memorial Observance will be at his late residence Tuesday following interment until 9 PM and also Wednesday 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Garden of the People at Temple Beth Am, 300 Pleasant St, Framingham, MA 01701 or MetroWest Home Care and Hospice, 85 Lincoln Street, Framingham, MA 01702
