(obit) BAUM - Florence (nee Bernheimer), 91, died Nov. 3, in her most recent home, Monmouth Crossing, Freehold, N.J. She is a Holocaust survivor, who came to N.Y.C., where she first lived and met her future husband. Together they then moved to a chicken farm in Vineland, N.J., where she lived for 33 years, prior to moving to Covered Bridge, Manalapan, N.J. For the last three and a half year, she lived in Freehold. She was a life member of Hadassah and life member of Deborah Hospital. She was a poultry farmer, a homemaker, and for several years was a caring volunteer at CentraState Hospital. She is predeceased by all her siblings and her husband, Max, who passed away in 1963. She is survived by her daughter, Marion J. Bernstein, Freehold, N.J., and her much adored grandchildren, Marcie E. Bernstein, West End, N.J., and Evan N. Bernstein, Boston, Mass. Donations in memory of Florence Baum can be made to Hadassah, the JNF or Jewish Family and Children Services of Monmouth County. Arrangements by BLOOMFIELDCOOPER JEWISH CHAPELS, Manalapan, N.J.
