Feb 21, 1923 - Jan 17, 2016 Phyllis Sherman Bass died quietly in her sleep Jan 17, 2016. She was 33 days short of her 93rd birthday. She was born Feb 21, 1923 in New York. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Bass. She is survived by her daughter, Jodi Beth Claude of Lodi, CA, and two wonderful grandchildren, Megan and Miranda. Phyllis loved music and never missed an opportunity to listen to or talk about music. Phyllis will be missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held Mon, Jan 18, 2016 at 12:00 at Temple Emanu-El Northside Cemetery.
